First Amendment Rights, The Employability of  Ex-offenders and Background Checks

We are so close to identifying the real problem.  However if current recommendations move forward, creating private cause of action with treble damages against Consumer Reporting Agencies, next year we will be asking “why didn’t it work?”

Marissa McCall Dodson with the Criminal Justice Project will still be asking why still, are so many sealed records being released, where are these incomplete records coming from?
